Premier School of Real Estate offers a 60 hour pre-license course designed to prepare applicants for successfully taking the Alabama Real Estate Licensing Examination. The Pre-License Course is offered as a classroom course using books, videos and lectures. Classes are held Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. for a total of fifteen sessions.
The course fee is $349 and includes all books, exam/study material and a two day Cram Course in Birmingham on Thursday and Friday of the third week of each month.
No refunds are given, but students have one year to complete the course. Those who wish to do so may attend one classroom session at no charge prior to enrollment in the course.
The course is presented on a continuous basis and students may join at any session, except an Exam Session. Missed sessions may be completed on the next cycle or by videotape with an appointment.
Four course exams are designed to measure the student's progress and also serve as study aids in preparation for taking the course final examination. A score of seventy or higher on the final exam is required prior to taking the Alabama Real Estate Salesperson License Examination. This is a prerequisite for attending the Crash Course and taking the license examination.
