• Teaches the Real Estate Pre-Licensure Salesperson course at Trenholm State Technical College.
• Presently a K-8 substitute teacher with the Defense Education Activity at Maxwell Air Force Base, AL.
• Owner, Administrator, Broker and Primary Instructor for the Professional Services Real Estate School.

  Classroom: 60-Hour Salesperson Pre-License,  60-Hour Broker Pre-License, 30-Hour Post-License, 3-Hour Risk Management "Delicate Balance," 3-Hour Real Estate Contracts, 3-Hour Real Estate License Law, 3-Hour Real Estate Ethics, 3-Hour Fair Housing, 3-Hour Real Estate Brokerage Services Disclosure (RECAD) and the 6-Hour Reciprocal Licensure for Salespersons and Brokers.

On-Line: 60-Hour Salesperson Pre-License, 60-Hour Broker Pre-License, 30-Hour Post-License, 3-Hour Ethics in Real Estate, 3-Hour Fair Housing, 3-Hour Federal Law and Commercial Real Estate, 3-Hour Home Inspections in Real Estate and 3-Hour Alabama Risk Management.
